Instructions to fill out a Rental Application
Follow the link below and click on the property you are interested in applying to.
This will take you to the Turbo Tenant website to fill out the application. They charge $45 an application
(This money is collected by Turbo Tenant and we can not refund it or change the amount. Sorry!)
Please text us at 440-345-6366 before you apply to make sure there is not someone who already applied and is qualified ahead of you. You can fill out the application and then save it and wait to pay until you hear back from us, or after you view the property.
Also please make sure to review all the terms below before you apply.

Please upload with the application the following.
- Picture of your Driver’s License, Or Government Issued ID
- Last two pay stubs (or proof to verify Wages, W2)
Include as much information as possible so we can get the overall picture and better screen our future tenants. If you do not fill it out completely, we will not be able to accept your application and it will delay the process.
An application is needed for each person over the age of 18 who is going to be living in the unit.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SEND IN YOUR APPLICATION
Here are a few additional pieces of the process which are not negotiable:
- 2 Year Lease Min (10% More for 1 Year Lease)
- You must see the property in person before any lease is signed or money given.
- Credit, Eviction and Criminal Background Check is required.
- Employment and wages must be verifiable, with current employer.
- Monthly gross income must be 3-4x monthly rent.
- Security deposit and first months’ rent are due prior to move in.
- Pets okay for a $50 a month pet Fee. (Breed Restrictions Apply)
- Smoking is prohibited inside all our units.
- No Section 8 or Government Assistance.
- No Evictions, No Bankruptcy or Bad Credit okay with a letter Explaining Why.
