RULES & REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL RENTERS

2 Year Lease Min (10% More for 1 Year Lease)

Tenant Must See the Property in Person for Application to be Accepted

 

Here are a few additional pieces of the process which are not negotiable:

You have to see the property in person before any less is signed or money given.

Pets okay for a $50 a month pet Fee. (Breed Restrictions Apply)

No Evictions, Bankruptcy or Bad Credit okay with a letter Explaining Why.

 

First Meridian Management LLC Pet Policy:

  1. Pets are allowed on the premises with prior written consent from the landlord or property manager.
  2. A maximum of two pets are allowed per unit.
  3. The following dog breeds are not allowed on the premises: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, and any mix of these breeds.
  4. All pets must be spayed or neutered, and proof of sterilization must be provided to the landlord or property manager.
  5. All pets must be licensed and vaccinated in accordance with Ohio state law, and proof of licensing and vaccination must be provided to the landlord or property manager.
  6. All pets must be leashed or contained when outside of the unit.
  7. Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by their pets, including but not limited to damage to the unit or common areas.
  8. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including but not limited to pet waste.
  9. Tenants must notify the landlord or property manager in writing of any changes in the status of their pets, such as adding a new pet or replacing an existing pet.
  10. There is a $50 per month pet fee per pet. (if we find an unreported pet, this is cause for break of lease and there will be a $100 a month fee going forward)
  11. The maximum weight limit for pets is 75 lbs.
  12. The landlord or property manager reserves the right to revoke pet privileges at any time if the pet is found to be a nuisance, a threat to other tenants or their property, or in violation of any of the above rules.
  13. Service Dogs are allowed with no fees; however we do require proper paperwork.
