Instructions to fill out a Rental Application
Please download and fill out the two pages of the application with as much information as possible and email it back to us at Info@FMMRentals.com.
Put in the email Subject: Application for “1234 Main St” (use the address for whichever unit you are interested in)
Along with your application we will need the following: Please attach along with this application:
- Picture of your Driver’s License
- Last two pay stubs (or proof to verify Wages, W2)
- $20 Application Fee per adult; everyone over 18 must fill out a separate application. Please provide an email address and we will send an electronic invoice for the application fee.
- Also include in the email when you would like to move in and how long you plan to stay.
If these items are not attached we cannot move forward with the approval process.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SEND IN YOU APPLICATION
Here are a few additional pieces of the process which are not negotiable:
- You have to see the property in person before any less is signed or money given.
- Credit, Eviction and Criminal Background Check is required.
- Employment and wages must be verifiable.
- Monthly gross income must be 3-4x monthly rent.
- Security deposit and first months’ rent are due prior to move in.
- No pets,
- Smoking is prohibited.
- No Section 8 or Government Assistance
